Lean Dose operates this website and coordinates access to weight-management services. Lean Dose does not itself practice medicine or dispense prescription medication. Medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians, and prescriptions are filled by independent licensed pharmacies.

Website content is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the website alone does not create a patient-provider relationship. Do not use this service for emergencies; call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Services are for adults age 18 and older who are physically located in a supported jurisdiction at the time of care. Identity, location, and eligibility may be verified. A licensed clinician makes every prescribing decision after reviewing your information. Completing an intake does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.

When prescribed, compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by an independent licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.

You must provide complete and accurate information, protect your account or device access, and promptly update material changes. You may not impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with security, access another person's information, scrape the service for commercial use, or use the service unlawfully.

Checkout identifies the selected medication, plan duration, total price, and material billing terms before you authorize payment. Lean Dose does not capture payment before provider approval. If a clinician prescribes treatment, the authorized amount for your selected plan may be captured and the pharmacy may begin preparing the order.

Prepaid plans cover the disclosed plan duration. If you choose a recurring plan, its amount and renewal schedule will be disclosed before consent. Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.

By providing contact information, you agree to service-related email, telephone, and text communications, including communications made with automated systems where permitted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Marketing communications are optional and can be declined without affecting eligibility for care.

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy notices of the licensed providers involved in your care. Electronic communications carry privacy and security risks despite reasonable safeguards.

The website, branding, design, and content are owned by Lean Dose or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless written permission is provided.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lean Dose does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lean Dose and its participating organizations are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or changes a licensed clinician's responsibility for medical care.

These terms are governed by applicable law. We may update them from time to time; the current version and effective date will remain posted here. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
